Grant County Courthouse is accepting bids for the re-roofing of the youth service building located at 303 Abel Road, Ephrata, WA. The job requires removal of gravel and disposal. New vaper barrier, º" densdeck, 60 mil membrane. Walkway's where needed. Prevailing wage applies and winning bidder is responsible for all fees and permits. Winning bidder must file intent to pay prevailing wages to Grant County Courthouse before any work is started. All bids must include W.S.S.T. in bid. For mandatory site visit call 509-754-2011 Ext-376 for an appointment. Send bids to Grant County Courthouse ATTN: B.O.C.C. roof bid at P.O. Box 37 Ephrata, WA 98823. Bids will be accepted until August 6th 2010 at 3:30 p.m. in the Grant County Commissioners office.
