Notice is hereby given that a request for a Variance was received on 6/1/10 from Vance and Kimberlie Lelli, 3209 East F St., Tacoma, WA 98404, and was found to be Technically Complete and preliminary appears to be consistent with the Unified Development Code and other applicable State and local requirements as of 7/6/10. PROJECT: The proponent seeks a variance to GCC 23.12, Table 3, which states that the front setback for the Shoreline Development 3 Zone is 20 feet. SEPA: Exempt. ADDITIONAL PERMITS: None. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The project site is Lot 1, Block 6 of Rimrock Cove Division 1, located on the east side of Moore Rd. NE, approximately 8 miles southwest of Coulee City. In a portion of Section 29, Township 24 N, Range 27 E, W.M., Grant County, WA. ZONING: Shoreline Development 3. Required mitigation will be pursuant to UDC. OPEN RECORD PUBLIC HEARING: Board of Adjustment Hearing, 7 pm, August 11, 2010, in Commissioners' Hearing Room of Grant County Courthouse in Ephrata, WA. At this time any person(s) may appear and provide testimony.
