Grant County is seeking proposals for a design build warehouse in Ephrata Wa. at the Museum.

Grant County is seeking proposals for a design build warehouse in Ephrata Wa. at the Museum. Building size is 60ft. wide 140ft. long and 14ft. eave with a 20x140 carport. This will be a clear span wood structure with no wood touching soil similar to EagleRidgeSpan buildings with metal roof and siding 20ga. Min. All plans and engineering will be supplied by manufacturer with Wa. State Engineering stamp. This is a prevailing wage job that must be registered with the state prior to start up. This project will require close communications with the Museum Board of Directors prior to proposal to establish an acceptable design and construction specs.
