EPHRATA — Despite temperatures that flirting with three digits on Saturday, the action at the Ephrata Raceway Park that night may have actually been even hotter.

At the Columbia Basin Herald-sponsored “Night at the Races”, six divisions competed in Mid Season Championship battles on a night full of interested fans.

Main Events wins were recorded by Mike Fought (7-UP 360 Sprints), Skyler Leseman (Pepsi Cola Street Stocks), David Macken (Super Stocks), Doug Brown (Schaeffer’s Oil Mini Stocks) Dallas White (Ephrata Pioneer Muffler II Pure Stocks) and Colton Fisher (Kim Janke State Farm Agent Youth Hornets).

In the Ephrata Pioneer Muffler II Pure Stocks, Main Event winner Jake McGraw failed post race technical inspection which allowed for White to be awarded the win.
