Notice is hereby given that a request for a Reasonable Use Exception was received on 5/24/10 from Tim Donatelli ( Designated Contact: Todd Lolkus Land Surveying, 1322 Basin St. SW - Suite A, Ephrata, WA 98823, and was found to be technically complete and preliminarily appears to be consistent with the Unified Development Code and other applicable State and local requirements as of 6/28/10.

Notice is hereby given that a request for a Reasonable Use Exception was received on 5/24/10 from Tim Donatelli ( Designated Contact: Todd Lolkus Land Surveying, 1322 Basin St. SW - Suite A, Ephrata, WA 98823, and was found to be technically complete and preliminarily appears to be consistent with the Unified Development Code and other applicable State and local requirements as of 6/28/10. PROJECT: A Reasonable Use Exception to allow for the development of a 4 acre parcel in the Rural Remote Zone of Grant County. The subject parcel does not meet the 20 acre minimum lot size as specified in GCC ß 23.12, Table 2. SEPA: Exempt. ADDITIONAL PERMITS: Building Permit. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The site is located east of Rd. U SW at the intersection of Rd. U SW and Silica Rd. SW in a portion of S. 27, T. 18 N, R. 23 E, W.M., Grant County, WA. (Parcel #15-0462-000) ZONING: Rural Remote. Required mitigation will be pursuant to UDC. OPEN RECORD PUBLIC HEARING: Planning Commission Hearing, 7 pm, August 4, 2010, in Commissioners' Hearing Room of Grant County Courthouse in Ephrata, WA. At this time any person(s) may appear and provide testimony. This may be the only opportunity to comment on above listed materials.
