Felicia H. Lybbert of Sammamish passed away Tuesday, June 29, 2010 in Federal Way.

Felicia H. Lybbert of Sammamish passed away Tuesday, June 29, 2010 in Federal Way. She was 23.

Felicia was born May 20, 1987 in Bellevue, Washington to Terry and Phyllis Lybbert. She was raised in Issaquah and was a member of the Class of 2005 at Skyline High School. Felicia loved children and worked many years as a nanny.

In her leisure time Felicia enjoyed working with animals, horse training and spending time with her beloved dog, Beyonka. She enjoyed various sports and activities over the years, such as baseball, soccer, track, snowboarding and singing. Felicia also loved family gatherings and creating videos for her friends and family. She is remembered as a tender open hearted, loving daughter, sister, aunty, and friend. She is deeply loved and missed.

Survivors include her abiding parents, Terry and Phyllis Lybbert of Sammamish; siblings, Mandee (Nathan) Quinton of North Bend, Dustin (Shirlee) Lybbert of Auburn, Marcy (Josh) Day of Carnation, April (Brett) Henry of Corning, CA, Annell Searing of Sammamish and Andrew (Virginia) Lybbert of Provo, UT; grandparents, Lucille Libby of Moses Lake and Julia Blomgren of Yakima; 12 nieces and nephews and a host of extended family members and friends.

The family suggests remembrances to the American Diabetes Association.

A funeral service will be held 4pm, Tuesday, July 6, 2010 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints 26529 SE Duthie Hill Road, Issaquah, WA. A graveside dedication will be held 1pm, Wednesday, July 7, 2010 at Moses Lake Cemetery in Moses Lake.
