North Central Construction, Inc., P.O. Box 850, Moses Lake, WA 98837 is seeking coverage under the Washington State Department of Ecology's Construction Stormwater General Permit.

The proposed project, Boardwalk Plaza II, is located at 847 E. Broadway Ave. in Moses Lake, in Grant County.

This project involves 1.5 acres of soil disturbance for commercial construction activities.

Stormwater will be discharged to on-site infiltration areas.

Any persons desiring to present their views to the Department of Ecology regarding this application, or interested in the Department's action on this application, may notify Ecology in writing within 30 days of the last date of publication of this notice.
