Box 7159, East Wenatchee, WA 98802 (509-884-7960) and was found to be technically complete on April 1, 2010.

Notice is hereby given that a Conditional Use Permit application and SEPA Checklist was received by Grant County on February 18, 2010, from Stephen B. Gregg, Baird Springs Environmental, Inc, P.O. Box 7159, East Wenatchee, WA 98802 (509-884-7960) and was found to be technically complete on April 1, 2010.

PROJECT: A Conditional Use Permit and SEPA Checklist for the expansion and review of a Biosolids/Septage Management Land Application Site. The total site is 967 acres of which approx. 340 acres will be utilized for land application. Also included is construction of a new 2 million gallon double-lined sewage lagoon equipped with leak detection and the repair/upgrade of an existing ~2 million gallon sewage lagoon. This proposal is located in the Agricultural zoning district of Grant County. ADDITIONAL PERMITS: Statewide Biosolids Management General Permit and Building Permit. STUDIES REQUIRED: Habitat assessment report LOCATION: The subject parcels are located approx. 1 mile South of the intersection of Baird Springs Rd NW and Overen Rd NW approx. 5 miles north of Quincy, WA, Parcels are #15-0684-000 & 15-0687-000 located in portions of Section 13 & 14, Township 21 North, Range 23 East, WM, Grant County, WA PUBLIC HEARING: Hearing Examiner meeting has been rescheduled tentatively for August 3, 2010 at 12:00 noon in Commissioners' Hearing Room of Grant County Courthouse in Ephrata, WA. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code.
