Elementary conducts coin drive for Haiti

MOSES LAKE — Students and staff at Discover Elementary School in Moses Lake are holding a coin drive to raise money for Haitian people.
The drive is in response to the earthquake and an aftershock occurring in Haiti.
Discover Elementary Students and staff are giving funds to an organization called, “Clean Water for Haiti.” The organization’s goal is to purchase Biosand filters to provide drinkable water for Haitians.
The coin drive runs until Jan. 28. Drop off coins at Discover Elementary front office, located at 502 South C Street.
