SUMMONS BY PUBLICATION

THE STATE OF WASHINGTON TO DEFENDANTS:

The State of Washington to the said Defendants Michael J. Palmquist:

You are hereby summoned to appear within sixty (60) days after the date of the first publication of this summons, to wit, within sixty (60) days after December 11, 2009, and defend the above entitled action in the above entitled court, and answer the complaint of the plaintiff Green Tree Servicing, LLC, and serve a copy of your answer upon the undersigned attorneys, at her office below stated; and in case of your failure to do so, Judgment will be rendered against you according to the demand of the complaint, which has been filed with the clerk of said court.

The Object of this action is to enforce a contract for the purchase of a mobile home commonly described as a 1999 Palmer Harbor 27/58 VIN: PH203418.

FUNDING and MEETING NOTICE

Grant County, Washington has been awarded federal funds in the amount of $57,174 under the Emergency Food & Shelter National Board Program.

A Local Board comprised of nine non-profit and governmental organizations will determine how the funds awarded to Grant County are to be distributed among the emergency food and shelter programs run by local service providers in the county.

Under the terms of the grant from the National Board, local organizations chosen to receive funds must: 1) be private voluntary non-profit organizations or units of government, 2) be eligible to receive federal funds, 3) have an accounting system, 4) practice nondiscrimination, 5) have demonstrated the capability to deliver emergency food and/or shelter programs, and 6) if a private voluntary organization, have a voluntary board. Qualifying organizations are encouraged to apply.

Please contact Kim Husted, Local Board Coordinator, at 509-754-2011 ext. 385 to obtain a funding application and instructions. The deadline for applications to be received is 11:30am on January 15, 2010.
