The personal representative named below has been appointed as personal representative of this estate. Any person having a claim against the decedent must, before the time the claim would be barred by any otherwise applicable statute of limitations, present the claim in the manner as provided in RCW 11.40.70 by serving on or mailing to the personal representative or the personal rl representative's attorney at the address stated below a copy of the claim and filing the original of the claim with the court. The claim must be presented within the later of: (1) Thirty days after the personal representative served or mailed the notice to the creditor as provided under RCW 11.40.020(3); or (2) four months after the date of first publication of the notice. If the claim is not presented within this time frame, the claim is forever barred, except as otherwise provided in RCW 11.40.051 and RCW 11.40.060. This bar is effective as to claims against both the decedent's probate and nonprobate assets.

The hearing will be held at the regular meeting of the Warden School District Board of Directors scheduled for Thursday, February 25th, 2010 at 7:00pm in the high school library. The hearing is open to the public and any person may appear at the meeting to be heard for or against the budget extension or any part thereof. The Grant County Board of Health will hold a public hearing in the Public Works meeting room at 124 Enterprise St. SE in Ephrata on Wednesday, March 10, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. The purpose of the hearing will be to adopt Ordinance 2010-1, amendment to the fee schedule, Ordinance 2010-2, amendment to the water recreation ordinance and 2010-3, amendment to the food ordinance. Anyone wishing to comment regarding this matter should appear at the meeting.

NOTICE OF MITIGATED DETERMINATION OF NON-SIGNIFICANCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Moses Lake issued a Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance (MDNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) for the following project:

Guardian Major Plat - Plat 66.12 acres into one lot in the Heavy Industrial Zone. The site is located at 3937 Road N, described as portions of Farm Units 61 & 226, Blk 41, S16- T19N-R29E.

After review of the completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the City of Moses Lake, the SEPA Responsible Official has determined this proposal will not have a probable adverse impact on the environment if the stipulated mitigation is provided. Pursuant to WAC 197-11-340(2) the lead agency will not act on this proposal for 14 days from the date of determination. Comments on the MDNS must be submitted by March 9, 2010 to the Responsible Official.
