PLEASE TAKE NOTICE
The above Court has appointed me as Personal Representative of Decedent's estate. Any person having a claim against the Decedent must present the claim: (a) Before the time when the claim would be barred by any applicable statute of limitations, and (b) In the manner provided in RCW 11.40.070: (i) By filing the original of the claim with the foregoing Court, and (ii) By serving on or mailing to me at the address below a copy of the claim. The claim must be presented by the later of: (a) Thirty (30) days after I served or mailed this Notice as provided in RCW 11.40.020(1)(c), or (b) Four (4) months after the date of first publication of this Notice. If the claim is not presented within this time period, the claim will be forever barred except as provided in RCW 11.40.051 and 11.40.060. This bar is effective for claims against both the Decedent's probate and non-probate assets.

The personal representative named below has been appointed as personal representative of this estate. Any person having a claim against the decedent must, before the time the claim would be barred by any otherwise applicable statute of limitations, present the claim in the manner as provided in RCW 11.40.70 by serving on or mailing to the personal representative or the personal rl representative's attorney at the address stated below a copy of the claim and filing the original of the claim with the court. WAC 197-11-970 Determination of nonsignificance (DNS).
DETERMINATION OF NONSIGNIFICANCE
Description of proposal: This project proposes to remove a wood dock from the shoreline of Burkett Lake, a manmade lake located in central Washington state. The dock needs to be removed due to safety concerns. The dock will be removed using hand tools from the shoreline.
Proponent: Public Utility District No. 2 of Grant County, Washington
Location of proposal, including street address, if any: Burkett Lake is located near the town of Beverly, Washington. From Highway 243, turn east on Lower Crab Creek Road. The lake is approximately one mile from the highway.
Lead agency: Public Utility District No. 2 of Grant County, Washington
The lead agency for this proposal has determined that it does not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. An environmental impact statement (EIS) is not required under RCW 43.21C.030 (2)(c). This decision was made after review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the lead agency. This information is available to the public on request.
o There is no comment period for this DNS.
o This DNS is issued after using the optional DNS process in WAC 197-11-355.
There is no further comment period on the DNS.
