APARTMENT

I have a question? Why is it here in Moses Lake, you can’t find a place to rent such as myself? I live on the base in apartments. I have been here two years and have been through two apartment managers and too many maintenance persons to count. My big question is why can the apartment managers not do their required job? Such as clean up around trash cans, parking lots, yards or even take care of simple problems? I live in a three bedroom apartment with a disabled child and we have the rudest, loudest neighbor above us and the apartment manager won’t do anything about it. Why? I just don’t understand. Maybe you could shed some light on the issue for us?
