Maxine E. Inks

Maxine E. Inks lost her brief battle with ovarian cancer on Thursday, February 4, 2010 in Moses Lake Washington. She was 82 years old.

Maxine was born on July 17, 1927, in Skykomish Washington to parents Onno and Ruth Cass.

On May 12, 1951 she married Dale Inks in Seattle and a short time later they moved to Moses Lake where they raised two children and Dale pursued his career with the Moses Lake Police Department.

As a homemaker, Maxine devoted her life to loving and caring for her family.

She also enjoyed gardening, reading and traveling in their motor home to spend the winters in Arizona after Dale retired.

Maxine is preceded in death by her beloved husband of almost 50 years, her parents and sister, Elaine.

She is survived by her two children: Son David (Sue) Inks of Othello and daughter Kathy (Richard) Griffin of Bonney Lake.

Maxine also has 5 grandchildren: Heidi (Paul) Hinkson, Jason (Sarah) Inks, Brandi Thompson, James Tenaglia, Kelsy Park and 12 great-grandchildren.
