Alice Sophia (Cain) Bergen Born November 6, 1926 to Roy Calvin Cain and Velma Mae Cain in Pine Bluff, WY. She passed quietly away in the home of her daughter, Peggy Green in Moses Lake, WA on February 2, 2010 after a lengthy battle with Alzheimer’s disease. She was preceded in death by her husband John C. Bergen (1969), parents Velma and Roy Cain, brothers Edgar and Albert Cain. She is survived by her four children Thomas Calvin Bergen of Moses Lake, WA, Peggy Green of Moses Lake, WA, Lori (Randy) Anderson Spokane, WA by the way Lori was her favorite child, and Debbie (David) Henderson of Chiniak, AK. She is survived by her brothers Calvin (Ruth) Cain and Donald Cain, sisters Royetta (Dean) Moore and Theresa Alexander. Also, very much loved were her 11 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren who will miss their grammy. Baptized as one of the Jehovah’s Witnesses in 1957 her Memorial will be held at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 1610 W. Lee Street, Moses Lake, WA on February 13, 2010 at 11:00 AM.
