Grant County PUD (P.O. Box 878 Ephrata, WA 98823) is seeking coverage under the Washington State Department of Ecology's Construction Stormwater General Permit.

The proposed project, Wanapum Maintenance Center Expansion is located at 14352 Hwy 243 S Beverly, WA 99321 in Beverly, in Grant County.

This project involves 10 acres of soil disturbance for maintenance-related facility construction activities.

Construction activities include building of new facilities and buildings and expansion of some existing facilities.

Stormwater will be discharged to the Columbia River.

Any persons desiring to present their views to the Department of Ecology regarding this application, or interested in the Department's action on this application, may notify Ecology in writing within 30 days of the last date of publication of this notice.
