Reader appreciates work on election

I would like to take this opportunity to both thank and command the staff and management of Moses Lake Irrigation and Rehabilitation District on the professional way they handled the recent election. Also this could not have been accomplished without all of the people who worked so hard and diligently on the day of the election and certainly those involved in the counting of the absentee ballots, no small feat itself. No one could have foreseen the magnitude of this election.

I also want to thank Mr. Crittenden for the use of his building on the day of the election. And last but certainly not least thanks to all of you who took your time to vote whether in person or by absentee.

Our meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month, 7 p.m. at 932 E. Wheeler Rd.
