Dorothy L. Snyder

Dorothy L. Snyder, 65, longtime Moses Lake resident passed away Monday, Dec. 27, 2010 at Lake Ridge Solana Alzheimer's Care Center.

Funeral services will be held at 2 pm on Thursday, Dec. 30, 2010 at Kayser's Chapel. Viewing will be held from 9 am to 1 pm on Thursday, Dec. 30th. Private committal will be held at Guarding Angels Cemetery, 2595 Road L N.E., Moses Lake. Arrangements are in care of Kayser's Chapel & Crematory. Dorothy was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on April 8, 1945, daughter of the late William and Ruth (Feather) Snyder. She was raised and educated in Pittsburg. Dorothy moved to Moses Lake in 1969. She enjoyed crocheting and other crafts. She was dedicated to

caring for her children and grandchildren. Many days were spent taking grandchildren to their different activities or just taking them

on picnics and enjoying time with them.

She is survived by 3 daughters, June and Eric Groff, Moses Lake, Ruth and Del Wade, Moses Lake, and Joyce Presley, Tri Cities; 2 brothers, William Snyder, Pittsburg and Robert Snyder, Tri Cities; grandchildren, Natasha and Jordan Erickson, Quinten Groff, David Gilman, Larisa Gilman, Merica Wade, Leslie Lopez, Ruby Lopez and Leticia Lopez.
