Closing early Friday

MOSES LAKE — The Columbia Basin Herald circulation department is closing early Friday.

Instead of remaining open until 7 p.m., the employees are going home at 5 p.m.

“We want our staff to enjoy Christmas Eve with their families,” said Publisher Harlan Beagley.

The Herald will close entirely at 5 p.m. and reopen on Monday at 8 a.m.

“Merry Christmas,” added managing editor Bill Stevenson.
