He was preceded in death by his wife Betty McGowan, Mother Agnes McGowan, Brothers Bill and Jo Mike McGowan, grand children Christopher McGowan and Andy Harding Thomas has 8 children: Sherry Jones of Radcliff, Kentucky, Danny McGowan of Victorville California, Debbie Sicarilla of Coeur d’Alene Idaho, Tim McGowan of Albany Oregon, Melinda Genco of Stansbury Park Utah, Julie McGowan of Richland Washington, Diana Nelson of Kennewick Washington, Thomas McGowan of Richland Washington. Thomas had 15 grand children and 9 great grand children.
