An ordinance amending Chapter 12.12 of the Moses Lake Municipal Code entitled "Sidewalk Construction"

The Moses Lake City Council adopted an ordinance which requires property owners adjacent to deeded city property to have the same obligations as a property owner adjacent to a piece of dedicated right-of-way.

This ordinance was passed on a single reading on December 14, 2010 and became effective immediately.
