The Moses Lake City Council adopted an ordinance which establishes the reimbursement schedule for the charges paid by the city to complete the 2009 Lakeshore and Peninsula Drive Reconstruction Project, the 2008 Peninsula Drive Reconstruction Project, and the future street improvements to Lakeshore Drive between Pommer Street and Wanapum Drive.

This ordinance, which was passed on December 14, 2010 will be in force five days after publication.
