NOTICE OF ISSUANCE OF MITIGATED DETERMINATION OF NON-SIGNIFICANCE

Grant County has issued a Mitigated Determination of

Non-Significance (MDNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act

Rules (WAC Chapter 197-11) for the following project: To establish

a surface mine and conduct mineral extraction operations,

including: mining, screening, sorting, crushing, washing,

stockpiling, and aggregate transport.

Grant County has issued a Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance (MDNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act Rules (WAC Chapter 197-11) for the following project: To establish a surface mine and conduct mineral extraction operations, including: mining, screening, sorting, crushing, washing, stockpiling, and aggregate transport. The project is located in the NW 1/4 of SE 1/4 of S. 15, T. 20 N, R. 25 E, W.M., Grant County WA. (Parcel #15-1907-001) After a review of a completed Environmental Checklist and other information on file with the Planning Department, Grant County has determined that this proposal does not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment as conditioned.
