Grant County PUD, 15655 Wanapum Village Lane SW, Beverly, WA 99321 is seeking coverage under the Washington State Department of Ecology's Construction Stormwater General Permit.

The proposed project, Shoreline Stabilization Sites 1-13, is located at 13 sites along the Columbia River between river miles 453 and 413 in Vantage, WA, in Chelan, Douglas, Grant and Kittitas counties.

This project involves approximately 3 acres of soil disturbance for shoreline stabilization and upland restoration construction activities which will involve earthwork, geosynthetic wall construction, and vegetation planting construction activities. Stormwater will be discharged to the Columbia River.

Any persons desiring to present their views to the Department of Ecology regarding this application, or interested in the Department's action on this application, may notify Ecology in writing within 30 days of the last date of publication of this notice.
