An ordinance amending Chapter 12.20 of the Moses Lake Municipal Code entitled "Snow Removal"

The Moses Lake City Council adopted an ordinance which changes the name of Chapter 12.20 from "Snow Removal" to "Sidewalk Service" and delineates those sidewalks serviced by the city.

This ordinance, which was passed on August 24, 2010 will take effect five days after publication.
