Grant County has issued a Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance (MDNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act Rules (WAC Chapter 197-11) for the following project: A Site Plan Review for the operation of an Automobile Wrecking Yard/Salvage Yard on approximately 2.75-acres of a 606.91 acre parcel.
