Notice of Issuance of Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance

Grant County has issued a Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance (MDNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act Rules (WAC Chapter 197-11) for the following project: A Site Plan Review for the operation of an Automobile Wrecking Yard/Salvage Yard on approximately 2.75-acres of a 606.91 acre parcel. The site will contain a mobile office, 60-ft x 60-ft concrete slab and an 8-ft fence surrounding the 2.75 acres. The subject area is a portion of Parcel #18-0243-000. It is located at 13957 Road 1 NE, Moses Lake, WA 98837, and in Section 29, Township 19 North, Range 29 East, WM, Grant County, WA. After a review of a completed Environmental Checklist and other information on file with the Planning Department, Grant County has determined that this proposal does not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment as conditioned.
