Reader wants cans stored until pick up

Now that the city has their new door-to-door recycling program, they need to take a look at some of our apartment buildings. They have all the cans in the front of their apartments. This looks like the ghetto back alley.

These cans should be kept in their garage until the pickup date.

The state might look in a trash incinerator to help reduce what is left after recycling. This is what Oregon does.
