ALBERT LIN

Reader dislikes Lin’s campaign approach

Albert Lin is again trying for the job denied him by the voters in the last election and is, again, voicing untruths and innuendos. Allegations of "investigations of misconduct" were proved unfounded in a report filed by Jeanie. R. Tolcatcher to the commission ( This is public record). Mr. Lin does what he does best ... muddies up the waters to make himself look good. Mr. Lin says he was "fired". Not true. Because employees are "at will", Mr. Lee was required by law to review each contract for renewal. Based on Mr. Lin's disruptive behavior and repeated refusal to do tasks assigned him (public record of counseling) Mr. Lee elected not to renew his contract. If you had an employee who refused to do assigned tasks and stated "talk to my lawyer" to work, would you keep him/her? I don't think so. In summary, before you vote for Mr. Lin, check out the facts and public records concerning the Moberg investigation concerning "misconduct" allegations and the counseling/personnel records (public record) of Mr. Lin. Repeated ethics violations, insubordination and refusal to do assigned work are well documented. Read before you vote! The right man for the job is not Mr. Lin! Remember, this is the man who wants to take $2.5 million from the taxpayers. Let's not pay this guy for doing a bad job.
