NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A CLOSED RECORD PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD September 13, 2010 at 2:30 p.m. in the Commissioners Hearing Room, Grant County Courthouse, Ephrata, WA regarding a Reasonable Use Exception application from Tim Donatelli to allow a single-family residence to be built on a 4-acre parcel of land in the Rural Remote Zone of Grant County. The existing parcel does not meet the minimum lot size for the zone. The property is located on the east side of Rd. U SW at the intersection of Rd. U SW and Silica Rd. SW in a portion of the SW quarter of S 27, T 18N, R 23 E, W.M., Grant County, WA. Parcel #15-0462-000.
