Notice is hereby given that Grant County has rescheduled a public hearing for the following project: A Preliminary Plat application and SEPA checklist received on May 28, 2010 from Marilyn Buob, Etal (Designated Contact: Knudsen Land Surveying, PO Box 505, 130 1st Ave. NW, Ephrata, WA 98823, 509-754-4376). PROJECT: A Preliminary Plat of one ?41.82-acre parcel to create five (5) lots in the Rural Residential 2 zoning district of Grant County. LOCATION: The subject parcel is located approximately 1 mile north of Coulee City, WA. It is approximately _ mile west of the intersection of U.S. Highway 2 and State Highway 155, and approximately º mile north of the intersection of Fordair Road NE and Road J NE, and in the NW quarter of Section 26, Township 25 North, Range 28 East, WM, Grant County, WA (Parcel #17-1573-012). PRESENT ZONING: Rural Residential 2. PUBLIC HEARING: Planning Commission hearing has been rescheduled for 7:00 pm on October 6, 2010, in the Commissioners' Hearing Room of Grant County Courthouse in Ephrata, WA. At this time any person(s) may appear and provide testimony.
