Janet Rebecca Noga, 77, longtime Moses Lake resident passed away, Monday, April 26, 2010 at Samaritan Hospital. A Memorial to celebrate Janet’s life will be held on Saturday, May 8th at 1:00pm at the Eagles Lodge, 1517 West Broadway, Moses Lake, WA. No flowers please. Her family moved west and settled in the Tri-Cities where Janet met and married Emmett Noga in 1950. They moved from Wenatchee to Moses Lake in 1969. In September 1969 Janet established Basin Travel Service where she continued to work until its closure in 2002. Janet is survived by her four children, Nancy Meyer, Tom Noga, Pat Noga, and MaryBeth Murgatroyd. She will always be remembered as “Nanny” by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
