Sugey's Footware and Fashion opens in Moses Lake

MOSES LAKE — Strappy leather high heels, sandals with ornately beaded straps and trendy blouses adorn the inside of Sugey’s Footware and Fashion.

Owner Sugey Guadarrama recently opened the store because she couldn’t find designer shoes in Moses Lake.

All of her items are ordered from LA’s fashion district.

Her business offers high heel shoes for women, leather Giorgio shoes for men and clothing for men, women and children.

She sells men’s shirts and jean shorts, from size 30 to 38.

Women’s sizes range from regular small, medium and large, to plus sizes 1X, 2X and 3X.

She placed more orders to expand her plus-sized clothing.

“It is hard. I have talked to a lot of plus-sized girls,” she said. “They have to drive out of town (for clothing).”

She plans to add purses, belts and bracelets to her store inventory.

Little girls and boys sizes range from 3T to 6T.

For the month of April, the business offers a $10 reduction for shoes priced more than $30 and $5 off shoes in the $15 to $29.99 price range.

The store’s hours are 9 a.m. until 7 p.m., Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. until 6 p.m. on Saturday, and 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. on Sunday.

The business is located at 114 W. Fourth Ave. in Moses Lake.
