Reader looks forward to rally

I would like to thank the tea party rally people for the opportunity to have our voice heard. I plan on making my own sign and wearing red, white and blue!

We live in such uncertain times that we need to gather together and stand for the principles that have been tried, that are true and put the United States of America on the map. I believe we are being forced into an era where our government will remove the hope of freedom of this great nation, under the masquerade of “helping folks to have better lives” since, after all who would not want to help the less fortunate. America has always been a place where the less fortunate can make their own future … where else would “huddled masses yearning to be free” be able to come to do so? Live on America … If we lose freedom here, there will be no escape, and it will not be seen again here in our lifetime. So Thank you Tea Party organizers.

I am looking to forward to participating at the next rally on April 15. I hope to see you, your families and friends at the Civic Center Park by the library at 4 p.m. Meet you at the towers!
