Lucy G. Ramirez
On Monday, April 5th, 2010 Lucy G. Ramirez, 81, a long time resident of Moses Lake, in her home surrounded with love by family and friends, went to her Father in Heaven.
Lucy was born March 15th, 1929 in Torrington, Wyoming to Agapito and Vicenta Gomez. She first moved to Moses Lake in 1949 where she worked as a migrant worker. She met her husband Rodolfo C. Ramirez during a 4th of July celebration in 1952 and was wed on October 17th, 1953.
Lucy lived a wonderful and full life; faith, family and friends were very dear to her heart. She spent much of her time tending to her bountiful garden & beautiful flowers in the summer and fall and enjoyed her crocheting and sewing during the winter.
Lucy was a loyal and faithful servant to God, she lived her faith in all that she did. Family and friends always knew a prayer would be said for whatever was needed. Lucy believed that God has a special place in his heart for each of us and prayer was the answer to all.
Lucy will be remembered through all the love that she gave and the love that she passed through her family; to Lucy, family was everything. The lessons of faith, love and happiness she lived & taught will be passed through all of the lives that she touched.
