I-1033

Many articles and letters on I-1033 make it sound as though the government will not get any increases in funding. Not so - they will get automatic increases each year of inflation and population growth. I-601 did the same until 2005.
Governor Gregoire and the Democrats decided they didn’t need I-601 to control spending. Result - a $9 billion deficit. I-1033 takes the place of I-601 by getting back fiscal responsibility and if the government decides they need more money - go to the voters. What’s wrong with going to the voters?
