Request for Proposals for On-Call Cultural Resources Services #430-2904

Public Utility District #2 of Grant County, Washington is seeking proposals for professional services for On-Call Cultural Resources Services, RFP #430-2904.

Firms must meet a minimum set of qualifications in order to be considered for evaluation pursuant to RCW 39.80.

These qualifications are:

Must have a license to do business in the State of Washington.

Must agree with the terms and conditions of the draft contract. (Attachment "E")

Experience with FERC projects and licensing;

Experience in the Pacific Northwest States, particularly in eastern Washington;

Experience working on federal and state lands;

Experience consulting with tribes and American Indian communities in Eastern WA.
