Three arrested for drive-by

MOSES LAKE — Three men were arrested for a drive-by shooting on Sunny Drive on Sunday.

Moses Lake police released limited information about the event on Monday.

A 9-1-1 call reported a drive-by shooting at 11:19 p.m., when bullets struck a home.

Police Capt. Dave Ruffin stated there were not injuries.

Police and Grant County Sheriff’s Deputies located the suspects, arresting them without incident.

Javier M. Morales, 26, Moses Lake, was arrested for drive-by shooting and unlawful possession of a firearm, according to Ruffin.

Jose E. Martinez, 23, Moses Lake, and Herman P. Hernandez, 29, Moses Lake, were both arrested for drive-by shooting.

No further details about the shooting were provided.

Moses Lake police ask people with information about the shooting to call Det. Juan Rodriguez at 509-766-9230.
