GRANT COUNTY PROSECUTOR

I am more than a little troubled by the thought that the citizens of Grant County may end up with Derek A. Lee as prosecutor.

He did not mention his DUI conviction to the Precinct Committee Officers at our January 3, 2009 interview. Ed Owens, on the other hand, was honest about his past. He also claims to have never heard of any report of Judge Fitterer committing a hit and run when, the same day of Judge Fitterer’s accident, he told attorneys in his office that it was not to be discussed. His wage is paid by the taxpayer and he has some answering to do. I would much rather be represented and protecting from criminals by a man with integrity. That man is Albert Lin.
