Levi David Hysjulien

| October 28, 2009 9:00 PM

Levi David Hysjulien was born in the early morning of October 18th, 2009 to Benjamin and Kristen Hysjulien. On October 20th at 8:05 a.m., Levi graduated into glory as the angels of God escorted him into the arms of a loving Savior.

He lived only two days but the mark he has left on the hearts of his parents and all that loved and eagerly awaited his arrival will live on and on. Levi fought hard for life, and the medical staff at Kadlec Hospital took extraordinary measures in attempt to save his life. Yet Levi’s time was brief, and he was called to his eternal home after touching but lightly on the earth. Just as his name “Levi David” means “joined to Love,” so he inspired a deep love among the wide circle of family and friends who stood vigil during his two days among us.

Levi is survived by his parents and his brother Ethan; his grandparents Sarah Wolfe Hysjulien and Jim and Cameron Hysjulien, and Clint and Carol Bridges; his aunts and uncles Rachel Hysjulien, Katherine Hysjulien, David Hysjulien, Bethany and Nate Milligan, Brian Bridges, Darren and Faith Bridges and his cousin Evelyn, and a large extended family who will remember him forever.

A memorial service is scheduled for Friday, October 30, at 6:00 pm at Faith Assembly Christian Center, 1800 Road 72, Pasco, Washington. Donations may be made in lieu of flowers to the Levi Hysjulien Memorial fund at US Bank.
