City of Warden Comprehensive Plan, Zoning Code and Critical Areas Ordinance
Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Warden will hold a public hearing to consider the draft City of Warden Comprehensive Plan, draft zoning code and draft of the proposed Critical Areas Ordinance. An open record hearing will be held before the City of Warden City Council on Tuesday, November 10, 2009 beginning at 7:00 pm at the City of Warden City Hall, Council Meeting Room, 201 S Ash Street, Warden WA 98857.
The draft Comprehensive Plan, draft zoning ordinance and draft Critical Areas Ordinance are available for public review at The City of Warden City Hall, 201 S Ash Street, Warden WA 98857. The documents can also be viewed and downloaded at: www.planitconsulting.org.
The City Council may make a final decision upon close of the public hearing or continue the public hearing to a specific date and time where they will review the record, deliberate and make a final decision regarding the draft documents.
