You are hereby summoned to appear within sixty (60) days after the date of the first publication of this Summons, to wit, within sixty days after the 25th day of September, 2009, and defend the above-entitled action in the above-entitled Court, and answer the Complaint of the Plaintiff, Julio Alaniz, d/b/a Basin Mobile Home Service, a sole proprietor, and serve a copy of your Answer upon the undersigned attorneys for Plaintiff, at their office below stated; and in case of your failure so to do, judgment will be rendered against you according to the demand of the Complaint, which has been filed with the Clerk of Court. The object of this action is to recover sums due Plaintiff by a Claim of Lien recorded on April 10, 2009.

Bids will be accepted at the RSN office at 119 Basin Street SW, Ephrata, WA 98823-1855 until 5:00 p.m. Friday, October 16th. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope and include a lump sum amount to be paid to the RSN within 1 week of successful high bid. Bid opening will occur at 3:00 p.m. Monday, October 19th.
