GRANT COUNTY PROSECUTOR
Have you been to Albert Lin’s website, www.winwithlin.us?
Albert is a REAL, working prosecutor, fighting crime and getting results.
Here’s the proof.
In State vs. Corey Christman, a controlled substance homicide case, Albert can now claim another victory for the citizens of Grant County, adding to his already successful and proven felony track record.
Albert’s more than 10 years of experience has paid off. Experience does matter! I do not hear Albert’s opponent claiming victory in hard fought criminal cases in Superior Court.
The interim prosecutor claims to have increased the number of prosecutors in the office by 30%, so why aren’t more felony cases being filed? According to State Public Records, felony case filings in Grant County for January to July 2009 under the current interim prosecuting attorney are down 17.5% as compared to case filings for January to July 2008 under former Prosecuting Attorney John Knodell. Crime hasn’t decreased so why aren’t more cases being filed?
What kind of a felony caseload is the interim carrying? In his campaign speeches, he says he will be an administrator not a working prosecutor. Can the county afford to elect a $135,000 per year administrator?
As we have seen, Albert Lin is a working prosecutor! He will continue to prosecute and convict criminals and punish violent offenders. He will protect victim’s rights and he will exhibit leadership and build teamwork in the prosecutor’s office. For these reasons, I am voting for Albert Lin and I encourage you to vote for him also.
Justice is not partisan — Win with Lin!
