The Personal Representative named below has been appointed as Personal Representative of this estate. Any person having a claim against the decedent must, before the time the claim would be barred by any otherwise applicable statute of limitations, present the claim in the manner as provided in RCW 11.40.070 by serving on or mailing to the Personal Representative or the Personal Representative's attorney at the address stated below a copy of the claim and filing the original of the claim with the Court in which the probate proceedings were commenced. The claim must be presented within the later of:

1. Thirty (30) days after the Personal Representative served or mailed the

notice to the creditor as provided under RCW 11.40.020(1)(c); or

2. Four (4) months after the date of first publication of the notice.

If the claim is not presented within this time frame, the claim is forever barred, except as otherwise provided in RCW 11.40.051 and RCW 11.40.060. This bar is effective as to claims against both the decedent's probate and nonprobate assets.

NOTICE OF MITIGATED DETERMINATION OF NON-SIGNIFICANCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Moses Lake issued a Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance (MDNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) for the following project:

Grant Transit Authority - Construct an operations and maintenance facility at 8392 W. Westover Blvd. in the C-2 General Commercial Zone.

After review of the completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the City of Moses Lake, the SEPA Responsible Official has determined this proposal will not have a probable adverse impact on the environment if the stipulated mitigation is provided. Pursuant to WAC 197-11-340(2) the lead agency will not act on this proposal for 14 days from the date of determination. Comments on the MDNS must be submitted by Dec. 9, 2009 to the Responsible Official.

NOTICIA DE AUDIENCIA P/BLICA

POR LO PRESENTE SE NOTIFICA que una audiencia páblica se llevará acabo por el Consejo de Comisarios del Condado de Grant en el segundo piso del Palacio de Justicia ubicado en 35 Calle "C" NW en Ephrata, Washington el Martes, 8 de Diciembre a las 10:00 am.

La intención de la audiencia páblica es para revisar el desarrollo de la comunidad y las necesidades de vivienda, informar a los ciudadanos de los fondos y los usos elegibles de la Subvención de Bloque para el Desarrollo de la Comunidad (CDBG) del estado, y para recibir comentarios para actividades recomendadas, en particular de las personas de ingresos bajos o moderados y las personas que residen en las áreas de los Condados de Grant, Adams, y Lincoln.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Grant County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) in the Commissioners' Hearing Room located on the 2nd floor of the Grant County Courthouse at 35 C Street NW in Ephrata, Washington, on Tuesday, December 8, 2009 at 10:00 a.m.

The purpose of the public hearing is to review community development and housing needs, inform citizens of the availability of funds and eligible uses of the state Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds, and receive comments on proposed activities, particularly from low and moderate income persons and persons residing in the Grant, Adams, and Lincoln County areas.

$167,427.00 will be available to Grant County and the North Columbia Community Action Council (NCCAC) to fund public service activities that principally benefit low and moderate income persons.

The draft application for the CDBG Public Service Grant proposal will be available for review at the Grant County Commissioners office on December 8th and afterwards. Comments may also be submitted in writing to:
