Lucy T. Hopkins, 88, longtime Moses Lake resident passed away Wednesday, November 4, 2009, at Samaritan Hospital.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, November 9, 2009 at the Moses Lake First Presbyterian Church with Dr. Paul Wagner officiating. Graveside committal will take place at Pioneer Memorial Gardens at 10:00 a.m., Monday, November 9, 2009. Arrangements are in care of Kayser’s Chapel & Crematory, Moses Lake. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, John (Jack) Hopkins in 2008 and one son Gerald. Lucy is survived by four sons, John, Bill, Philip and David; 8 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren.
Lucy leaves behind many friendships from her nearly 60 years in this wonderful community; she cherished her wealth of family and friends after immigrating from England.
