Coulee City hosts 57th annual rodeo
COULEE CITY — The Coulee City Rodeo Association will host the 57th annual Coulee City Last Stand Dodge Rodeo over Memorial Day weekend in Coulee City.
The May 22 through May 24 event will take place in Coulee City’s Ted Rice Arena.
The area’s top competitors and nationally ranked cowboys have competed in the event in the past.
Legendary rodeo announcer Wayne Brooks will announce this year’s competition. Brooks is a previous winner of the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association (PRCA) Announcer of the Year award and he regularly announces at the National Rodeo Finals in Las Vegas.
The Coulee City Last Stand Rodeo is sanctioned by the PRCA and is part of the Columbia River Rodeo Circuit.
