Effective Tuesday, May 12, 2009 Copenhaver Construction Inc. will start road construction of M NE St. starting at 10 NE for approximately 2.1 miles north to 12 NE just north of the city of Moses Lake. The project includes roadway excavation, new drainage, gravel surface preparation and seeding. The road will be closed to thru traffic (local traffic only) from Tuesday, May 12th through Monday, June 15th.
