The Grant County roadside spray program will begin approximately April 15, 2009. The roadside spray contractor is ASAP Spray of Ephrata, Washington. An applicator of the Noxious Weed Control Board of Grant County will spot spray as necessary.
Owner Will Maintain agreements must be received at the office of the Noxious Weed Control Board of Grant County by April 15, 2009, to be effective at the start of the 2009 roadside spray program. To complete an Owner Will Maintain agreement, please contact the Noxious Weed Control Board of Grant County at (509)754-2011, Ext. 375, or (800)572-0119, Ext. 375.
If you are an organic grower, please contact the Noxious Weed Control Board of Grant County regarding roadside spray applications.

The Personal Representative named below has been appointed as Personal Representative of this estate. Any person having a claim against the decedent that arose before the decedent's death must, before the time the claim would be barred by any otherwise applicable statute of limitations, present the claim in the manner as provided in RCW 11.40.070 by serving on or mailing to the Personal Representative or the Personal Representative's attorney at the address stated below a copy of the claim and filing the original of the claim with the Court in which the probate proceedings were commenced. City of Moses Lake
Notice of Application
and Public Hearing
The City of Moses Lake has received the following applications for site plan review:
1. ant Mental Healthcare Boarding Home: Grant County Mental Healthcare submitted an application to construct a new 11,000 square foot boarding home on March 20, 2009. The application was determined to be complete and ready for review on March 25. The project is to build an 11,000 square foot boarding home at 840 E. Plum. The site is located in the southwest corner of Plum Street and Coolidge St., in the R-3, Multi-family Zone.
2. Grant County PUD Fiber Optic Hut: Grant County PUD submitted an application to place a pre-fabricated fiber optic hut on March 24, 2009. The application was determined to be complete and ready for review on March 25. The site is approximately 7125 square feet and is located in the southwest corner of the intersection of Florence Ave and Texas St,, in the C-2, General Commercial and Business Zone.
3. Storage unit facility expansion: Marmitt Enterprises LLC submitted an application to expand an existing storage unit facility on March 16, 2009. The application was determined to be complete and ready for review on March 23. The project is to build an 9,900 square foot storage unit building at 3825 W. Prichard Road. There is an existing 28,000 square feet of storage on site. The site is approximately 2.72 acres and is in the C-2 General Commercial and Business Zone.
These project have been determined to be consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan, and the following development regulations are applicable to the projects: Moses Lake Municipal Code (MLMC) Title 14: Environmental Regulations, Title 18: Zoning, and Title 20: Development Review Process.
The Planning Commission will conduct public hearings on April 16, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers located at 401 Balsam Street. All interested persons are encouraged to attend and provide comment.
Written comments on these proposals will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. on the date of the public hearing. Persons who want to be informed of future actions, or the final decision, on these proposals should provide their name and address to the project planner. The final decisions on these proposals will be made within 120 days of the date of the notice of completeness and may be appealed according to the City appeal provisions specified in MLMC 20.11, Appeals.
