The sum owing on the obligation secured by the Deed of Trust is: Principal $49,797.65 together with interest as provided in the note or other instrument secured from the 1st day of July, 2007, and such other costs and fees as are due under the note or other instrument secured, and as are provided by statute. 5. The above-described real property will be sold to satisfy the expense of sale and the obligation secured by the Deed of Trust as provided by statute. The sale will be made without warranty, express or implied, regarding title, possession, or encumbrances on the 27th day of March 2009. Requests for Bids

The Housing Authority of Grant County is requesting sealed bids for multiple projects: Larson-Framing and re-roofing to include installing new fascia and soffit on two single units located in Moses Lake, WA.; S8L-Removal & re-roof of two duplexes and a single unit located in Moses Lake, WA.

All bids over $25,000 must be accompanied by a bid guarantee in the form of a bid bond or certified cashier's check made payable to Housing Authority of Grant County in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid amount. Cost of bonds must be included in the bid price.

These projects are subject to Washington State Prevailing Wage Rates. There will be a bid walk through for both projects on Tuesday, March 17, 2009. Times and locations are listed in the projects bid packages. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing the project name no later than 2:00p.m., March 31, 2009. No facsimiles will be accepted.

NOTICE

Moses Lake-The Grant County Mosquito Control District #1 is continuing with its annual mosquito control services. The biological products Altosid A.L.L. and Bacillus thuringienis israelensis (b.t.i.) are being used this year in the aerial larviciding program. These products are applied to swamps or other standing water where mosquito larva are present.

The biological product Bacillus sphaericus or Temephos will be applied to sewer ponds and similar standing water high in organic matter.

Products with the active ingredients naled or synthetic pyrethroid will be used in the night time adulticiding program.

These control operations will be on going through out the mosquito season, March to October. For more information contact the District office in Moses Lake at 765-7731.

SEWER LINING PROJECT - 2009

Sealed bids will be received at City Hall, 321 South Balsam, (P.O. Box 1579), Moses Lake, Washington 98837 until April 2nd, 2009 at 2:30 p.m., for the above-named improvement. Said bids will be opened and publicly read at that time. All bids shall be received before said opening time in sealed envelopes with "SEWER LINING PROJECT - 2009" marked plainly thereon.

All bids shall be accompanied by a deposit in the form of a postal money order, cashier's check, or surety bond in an amount equal to 5 percent of the bid. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into a contract and/or to furnish a satisfactory contract bond within the time stated in the specifications, the deposit shall be forfeited to the City.

NOTICE OF MITIGATED DETERMINATION OF

NON-SIGNIFICANCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Moses Lake issued a Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance (MDNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) for the following project:

Westshore Walk 1 - Subdivide 6.4 into 26 lots in the R-1, Single Family Residential Zone. The site is located north of North Frontage Road, west of Westshore Drive, and east of Hansen Road, described as a portion of Tax #12,539, Parcel #11-0475-172).

After review of the completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the City of Moses Lake, the SEPA Responsible Official has determined this proposal will not have a probable adverse impact on the environment if the stipulated mitigation is provided. Pursuant to WAC 197-11-340(2) the lead agency will not act on this proposal for 14 days from the date of determination. Comments on the MDNS must be submitted by March 25, 2009 to the Responsible Official.
