Notice of SEPA Mitigated Determination of Non-significance
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the City of Warden has determined that the proposed Verizon Wireless Communication Tower is not likely to result in significant adverse environmental impacts and has issued a Mitigate Determination of Non-significance subject to certain conditions of approval.
The proposal is to construct a 150 foot self supporting lattice tower for the purpose of installing cellular telecommunications equipment together with supporting outdoor equipment to be located on a concrete pad in a fenced enclosure. The project is located on City of Warden property adjacent to an existing water storage tower on Beck Way. Parcel # 60660000
A copy of the threshold determination for this proposal may be obtained upon request to the City of Warden . This information is available to the public on request and may be reviewed at City of Warden City Hall or you may inquire regarding this determination by calling 509-859-2943, during normal business hours. The documents pertaining to this proposal can also be viewed at www.planitconsulting.org.
The appeal period for this determination ends on July 15, 2009, at 5 pm

REQUEST FOR BIDS
MLIRD (Moses Lake Irrigation and Rehabilitation District) is currently requesting bids for the following: (1) pontoon support boat 30' long x 10' wide with overall carrying capacity of 10,000 lbs., must meet Coast Guard approved standards; (2) boat trailer, and (3) two-200hp, 4-stroke engines.
