GRANT COUNTY PROSECUTOR

| July 31, 2009 9:00 PM

Our Grant County prosecuting attorney needs to be one who has experience in superior, district and juvenile courts, as an attorney carrying out justice for all of us. Albert Lin became a deputy prosecutor 10 years ago this September, is in the felony division, and has successfully prosecuted violent offenders. Albert has also handled many other crimes, including fraudulent document cases; he is a zealot for victims’ rights.

Albert knows that the prosecuting attorney has to be in court to make sure the law is faithfully followed, justice is done, and criminals are sentenced according to the law. In this, he follows Paul Klasen and John Knodell. Paul was a very good prosecutor, handled major cases and trained deputies in the courtrooms. As a county commissioner, I saw this from inside of the courthouse. John Knodell was also an extremely good prosecutor, successful in court and trained many deputies, especially Albert Lin, who the interim prosecutor calls hi “go-to guy.”

For these reasons, I enthusiastically endorse Albert H. Lin for Grant County prosecuting attorney, and invite you to examine his qualifications.
